My school visits are usually one hour spent giving a talk or workshop to a single class or year group, with time for questions at the end, and the opportunity to buy books and have them signed. This can be based around anything from a theme in one of my stories, to writing more generally, and costs £150 plus travel expenses.

Alternatively I can give talks in school assemblies or host a virtual visit, and I’m happy to adapt to whatever it is you’re hoping for the children to get out of the experience. I also love to correspond with the schools I’ve been to, and can send a letter or postcard before or after the visit. Please get in touch to find out more and discuss the details of your event.
